Lesley Ann Brandt and Maria Bartiromo
Born on 2 December 1982 in Cape Town South Africa Lesley-Ann Brandt is an actress and model well known for her roles in movies and television shows. Brandt, who began her acting career in the new Zealand's Diplomatic Immunity sitcom she was able to make her American debut on the stage with the character of Naevia as part of the historical series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. Over the past decade, she has appeared in numerous television shows, including those that of Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies as well as The Librarians. Brandt started her role as Mazikeen (the role played by Tom Ellis Lauren German, and Kevin Alejandro) in the Urban-fantasy show Lucifer at the beginning of 2016. Brandt was born within Cape Town South Africa. When she reached her late teens, she relocated to Auckland New Zealand along with her parents and siblings. Brandt started her modelling career with ads and commercials. Prior to when she became a successful model, Brandt was a saleswoman in the retail industry as well as an information-technology recruitment consultant. She was Leilani an NZer in the comedy Diplomatic Immunity in 2009. Her debut appearance came on Spartacus Blood and Sand in 2021. She was Naevia as a slave on that show. The character of Naevia was reprised in the Spartacus prequel, Spartacus Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker starred alongside her on three shows that aired on television: Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010), and Legend of the Seeker (2008). In 2016, she was cast as a bounty-hunting demon named Mazikeen in Lucifer, the Netflix successful series Lucifer. The role is her most prominent so far. This show has her co-starring along with Tom Ellis Lauren german Kevin Alejandro D. B. Woodside.
