Allison Williams

Allison Howell Williams is an American actor and producer. Born on April 13 1987. She has been called"horror queen" and "horror queen" by the media for her film-making work in the horror genre. Between 2012 and 2017, she played in the role of Marnie Micheals in HBO's comedy drama series Girls. Her character was nominated for the Critics' Choice Award. Her biggest break came in the role of Rose Armitage in the horror film Get Out (2017), that earned her nominations from The MTV Movie Awards and the Screen Actors Guild Awards among other accolades. The actress then appeared in two more horror films The Perfection (2018) and M3GAN (2022) which was the second of which she was as executive producer. Williams was born and raised in New Canaan, Connecticut, her parents were former NBC Nightly News anchor and managing editor Brian Williams and TV producer Jane Gillan Stoddard. Williams is the older sibling of Stoddard and Williams. Williams was a student at New Canaan Country School, and Greenwich Academy. She later attended Yale University majoring in English She was also a member of Morse College and the St. Elmo secret society. Williams worked in the Ralph Lauren Outlet Store in New Canaan. In addition, she was part of four seasons of the Just Add water improv group, and was a part of the YouTube show College Musical.
